“I was sent a mug with my uploaded photo on it, however the photo was the size of a postage stamp. During the ordering process it was never made clear that you may have to resize your photo to fit the mug. I was also unable to review what the photo would look like on the mug. Just be aware if you are considering buying one”

“I ordered a phone case on the 28th of November. I was told that I would get an email when it was dispatched. However I emailed after a few days as I didn't get it and no reply. I also called several times with no answer. 8 wrote a review on one site and was told that my item was printed and would be with me in 48 hours. That was 5 days ago and surprisingly no parcel. 8 am very disappointed with the service of this company, considering the amount of good reviews it has. Can anyone tell me when it will come and any sort of detail as I have not heard anything but "it's on its way". Reference 100168349”

“Got an email saying my parcel would arrive in 2 working days after it had been dispatched, 5 working days later I still haven't received it. I contacted you to query this and had no response. Extremely angry and won't ever use your services again.”

“Poor printing quality, no warning of poor quality upload upon ordering if that is the issue and the case quality looks completely different online to how it arrives. Thick black elastic to close the case which isn't advised upon order either.”
