I ordered 3 cushions from this company and the print quality is awful. The colours are not accurate and the images are far below any acceptable standard. The company has refused to take the cushions back and I am unable to continue disputing this, it is too distressing, as explained to Wrappz. I have used one of the images I sent them before for the same product, unfortunately I have no record of the company I used that time, Had I not got a cushion that is perfect in every way I might be able to accept the excuses given by Wrappz. Surely if an image is unsuitable for printing they, as the experts, should recognise this? And I repeat I know one image is of a standard suitable for producing a beautiful cushion, Wrappz is not able to do this. Don't use them for cushions they do not seem able to recognise poor quality in their production processes. I wasted over £75 please don't make the same mistake.

Very disappointed with iPad Air 2 cover purchase, it was not clear that it was a back cover only especially for the price paid, also I emailed to check if it would fit an air 2, when it arrived it does not fit it covers part of the camera, when I emailed the company I never received any response, would not use them again or recommend them.

Product purchased is average. Customer service is poor. Did not recieve emails when I enquired as to why my purchase was over a month late. Customer service is very disfactory.

Bought a mac skin phone skin, both were personalised, although my mac skin does not fit my mac size, i have emailed you although haven't received an email back, phone skin was perfect, mac skin was otherwise due to the fact was a 1 cm too small all the way round my mac, was really excited to get both products, although disapointing

Fantastic! Coud not be more pleased. Image quality was great and stuck well to controler with little catching. Would definitly shop again

you send me the Iphone 5 case and not the 5C so it does not fit my sister's phone. I have emailed you to explain this and I have had no response as yet. Otherwise the case is lovely. I was very pleased with the other 2 cases I ordered previously.

Firstly the rating of very poor is for the service provided and not the product - the product is very good. Let me set the scene - it is the Monday before Christmas. Being typical male I am just starting Christmas shopping for my partners gifts. My first port of call was a personalised photo case. Having search serveral sites for personalised phone cases, I settled with Wrappz. My decision was made on the promise of dispatch within 48hrs, giving plenty of time for delivery. I had endlessly searched the site to check for anything to suggest time scales for Christmas delivery and found nothing - so I trusted the stated time scales above. Meaning that the phone case should arrive withplenty of time to spare. It is worth mentioning at this point that there are an abundence of reviews stating that timeliness is an issue with Wrappz. After reading the responses to these reviews, I decided to trust that they would deliver. What an idiot I am. As two days passed no email to say dispacted. Three days, four days further on and still nothing. By this time I have conceded to the fact my partner would not be opening this gift on Christmas morning. The item was dispatched on the 27th and delivered on the 28th. Annoyed and dispaointed with my decision to use Wrappz I decided it was best to forget about it - until I recieved an email asking for my review. To summerise - if you are looking for a great quality product, I am sure you wont be dissapointed. If like many you are on a tight timeline and speed is of importance - I would steer very clear of Wrappz, you run a huge risk of leaving someone very dissapointed.
