“The first time I ordered the tough phone case the process was easy including customization. I did have an issue (warping) with it but when I contacted Wrappz, they replaced it. The product was durable and of good quality and lasted 2+ years. I recently needed a new case and went back to Wrappz. Again the ordering process and customization process was easy and the customer service very good. The product quality is good as well. I also like the fact that they off cases for older phone models.”

“Perfect item, my only issue is.. my Galaxy S8, doesn't seem to want to stay in the case. It frequently falls out of the case. The rubber case fits perfectly, but when I put the plastic designed case on it, it seems to force my mobile out of the rubber case...?”

“These cases although relatively expensive are worth every penny. I've now bought 4 tough cases for my kids as they have changed their phones. They are exceptionally robust, protecting the phones from daily drops onto a hard tiled floor/pavements, and have lasted 18 months before showing signs of cracking to the case. The quality of the photo printing is also very good and long-lasting.”
