“My product has yet to arrive despite being ordered on November 11th! It seems impossible to speak to an actual person. Although I have contacted numerous times, their only response has been to say the first order was not processed properly and are now blaming the royal mail strike. I have ordered items from other companies this week using RM and they have already arrived! This case was for my daughters birthday and she still hasn't got it a month after her birthday! Wrappz haven't even apologised and have offered no form of compensation. I asked for a tracking number and have been ignored completely. They have shown utter contempt for their customers. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!”

“It's not what I expected, but it is good quality. There are a couple cracks and it's hard to take the case off, meaning that I can't put money or stuff in the back of it to keep them safe”
