“This is the second review request I have been sent now and I'll write the same as last time. I received my laptop skin with a faulty print. I double-checked my original image to make sure it wasn't on the original file, it wasn't so I can only assume there was something off with the print itself. Contacted customer service to be told the email had been received. I heard nothing back until I replied to the first review email. My case had been passed along. I still haven't actually heard anything back yet, no apology or explanation. Would not use this company, customer service is atrocious an communication is dire. I will have to take this paypal now to request a refund because nobody will communicate to otherwise resolve my issue. Extremely poor.”

“The corners of the wrappz don’t curve with the laptop shape so it looks sloppy and doesn’t sit right.”
