“It didn’t seem clear how to redeem the Wowcher’s. I did then find a link to redeem directly with Brierley Civic Hall. You could only put one ticket code in at a time so I had to go through the whole process 4 times and there was no email confirmation of the redemption or indication how and when I would receive the tickets. The whole process didn’t leave me feeling confident of the redemption so I called Brierley Civic Hall (venue) . I was told that he (Dale) wasn’t able to check the redemption but that if I brought with me the email confirmation from Wowcher with the codes on, that would be enough to gain entry to the gig. I hope so”
