“The stepper arrived on time and looks as it does in the picture. There was no non-slip floor mat as the description said and when I enquired about it I was told it is just the black pads that are stuck in the bottom of the stepper (which were not there either). When I advised I was dissapointed I was told this is just the design. No apologies for misleading or solution to my problem.”
