“Just want to say a massive Thank you to the staff, both in the hotel and the restaurant. This is the main reason why I've given 5*. Evening meals and breakfast was amazing. Fantastic produce. I think you need to take a look at the early charge check in. Never been asked for this charge. Then the issue of drains. Obviously the drains are blocked outside and you get a nasty smell in the room. Needs addressing ASAP. Once again big thank you to the ladies in reception. Had some great banter with you ladies. Great to see how hard you all work so hard as a team.”
