“The whole experience was far to complicated and the system of how wowcher works was not explained sufficiently for a new user. Not understanding I was buying a voucher that I then had to use on the item I had already paid for was beyond me and took some days before I realised what I had to do!!! To this day 5/1 I have not received my item which was supposed to be with me on 23/12 so disappointed granddaughter. I am now awaiting a refund for the ordered item plus postage. Unfortunately wowcher is not for me.”
