“The facial was thorough and included black head removal, masks and steaming. The neck, back and chest massage was good. My concerns were 1. the lighting was not very relaxing - with one bulb flickering a lot, 2. there was minimal privacy given for undressing etc. 3. There was a lot of 'downtime' between each phase. The steaming felt like a long time just sat there, and between each part, the masseur was moving between the sink on the other side of the room too.”
