“Can’t even, won’t even leave any stars absolutely appalling customer service. Cancelled the order, on the same day as purchase and redeem. Company contacted me to ask for codes which were sent on original email. Then told me it was too late to cancel as they had been dispatched, I have not received the delivery even though it says I have, so I can’t even return the parcel. Its my first Wowcher purchase in many years, never again if they have these type of merchants allowed to sell on the platform.”

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that. I am afraid this Wowcher voucher was not redeemed in time and therefore no delivery was arranged. If the voucher is not redeemed, eventually it will expire and it will no longer be able to be used.
