“Spa experience was amazing however our lunch experience not so much, firstly took a while for our order to be done, somebody comes over orders soup for us and lunch. Then our lunch arrives, only 2 dishes though before soup, around 10 minutes later the woman who seemed to be the manager comes over to take the plates as they shouldn’t have been given to us they were for another table. 2 of our guests had already started nibbling on the food when the woman takes the dishes away and takes them to the correct table. Just to repeat 2 people had eaten some!!! I’m a manager at a bar and came with some of our bar team that each of us were appalled to see this happen. The rest of the experience was okay but nothing spectacular”
