“I didn’t stay in the hotel i paid for, the company Wowcher use are absolutely awful. I paid to change my flight times to then find out via email they changed my email as an “upgrade.” This obviously means moving from a central hotel to one that is in the outskirts of Prague, not even in the outskirts of Zizkov which would have been fine, but the complete other end of town where there was nothing. I then had to argue with the travel agents to change my hotel, I had email confirmation they have changed it and then wound up with them not changing the hotel what so ever, I had to pay for the hotel whilst I was out there with the “promise” of full reimbursement which hasn’t happened. Whilst going through this issue, I contacted Wowcher who signposted me to the travel agents to deal with my complaint, they weren’t much kop and didn’t care. Very disappointing and would advise anyone who is looking at booking through Wowcher to ensure you don’t have it done by The Travel Makers as you’ll be messed around like no tomorrow. Prague, however, was beautiful. If you are there, visit the restaurant “U Sadlu” and get the Czech mixed platter for two.”
