“Doll arrived and the on off switch is not on it! Total waste of money i had bought it for my lithle niece who loves miss rachel and wish I hadn’t bothered”

“I have not received the 2 miss rachel dolls I ordered no very impressed. 4 items I have ordered 4 Christmas presents for my 2 year old granddaughters and they have not turned up not happy, very disappointed”

“It's not great at all very cheap looking plus I ordered 2 and only got one and they're saying both have been delivered because there was a picture of a parcel being delivered so they're liars because they won't admit they're in the wrong and won't give me a replacement or refund”

“Not received it yet! Supposed to be delivered on or before 22/11, not impressed it will be returned as too late for my Granddaughters birthday now. Very disappointed ☹️”
