“I received my mystery box today which was left on my door step it had seem to be opened as it wasn't sealed and I only received 12 items in the box”

“Arrived in a brown cardboard box, not the colourful box advertised, some items missing , didn’t recognise any of the names . Just awful. took a while to come . This has put me off ordering from Wowcher”

“Value for money if you like to try different brands. Mine took a while to arrive and it wasn’t in a pretty box as in the photo, it came in a regular brown cardboard box but, as I didn’t buy it as a gift so it didn’t bother me.”

“I ordered 2 boxes for my daughter and daughter in law. They were due to arrive by 19th December latest, actually arrived 27th December. The goods were just loose in a package box. I would have been embarrassed to give these as presents.”
