“Item not received, been emailing Oberobiz who keeps telling me it’s still within the estimated delivery time (wowcher email states delivery by 28/11/24, it’s now 06/12/24) & keeps sending me the tracking details which I’m already aware of. Product is coming from Shanghai - asked for order to be cancelled & refunded but I’m being ignored. Very disappointed, awful customer service - I DO NOT RECOMMEND!”
