“Wasn’t as big as looked,very small, waited ages for delivery. Ordered 2 and both did not work. Told the merchant and agreed to accept back but I was advised needed to pay postage. I. As devised they didn’t work so don’t feel this is fair. I have sent a video and still awaiting response. Very disappointed.”

“Poor quality, stitching coming away in places, not much padding so you can feel the is the battery box and breathing mechanism inside. Very noisy not relaxing at all and constant whirring sound when turned on. Sending back for refund and would definitely not recommend to anyone”
