“This is an amazing experience for the price offered. Hotel room, although not the ones shown , were very comfortable, clean and great facilities. The restaurant and reception rooms were fantastic, evening meal was exquisite.”

“Didn't get a cocktail! Otherwise it was a great experience. Food excellent, loved the setting and from an interior designer's point of view, the decor was impressive. We were happy with the room and the Mouseman furniture. It was a Christmas gift for my husband and he was thrilled with the experience.”

“I booked this through wowcher and was looking forward to the stay, breakfast and 3 course dinner each yesterday. My issue is NOT with Wowcher,it is with the vendor - Marco Pierre White Rudloe Arms Hotel. am completely outraged by my whole experience. Firstly, the receptionist (Luciano) was rude, unhelpful and condescending towards us. I have never experienced treatment like this. He advised we needed a credit card for the stay (even though we had already paid). We did not have one on us. He did not offer any solutions and we repeated the fact we had driven for 3 hours to get here. I understand this is your policy. It was the way in which this staff member called Luciano spoke to us and how he made us feel. I had to insist on speaking to a manager. He refused to get the manager and advised he was in the restaurant, I then had to walk through this hotel myself (never been here before) to speak to the restaurant manager (Guy) who offered a solution of using a friend or family’s credit card. This was so easily resolved. Then went back to Luciano who demanded an apology or we wouldn’t be able to stay! Absolutely appalled we were treated like this! He also stopped mid conversation to speak with another guest who he was completely pleasant with. We were made to feel inferior to this man. Absolutely vile, arrogant and entitled. I feel we were instantly judged and treated a certain way. I felt this receptionist Luciano felt he was superior to us. I have no idea why he made us feel this way. Also some extra feedback for you: The food was average, not what we were expecting from a top chef’s restaurant. Extra charges on this 3 course dinner each and you charge for a full English breakfast? WiFi did not work!”

“What an interesting and beautiful hotel. Staff were delightful and although the menu is fixed. It was great value for money. Great presentation and atmosphere. We will go again!”

“Definitely a 'value for money' Wowcher offer! A very quirky hotel, set in amazing grounds with beautiful views. Our room, in the main house, was spacious, warm and comfortable with low lighting to set the mood. The 3 course dining was well cooked, although a limited choice. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.”

“Unfortunately although the food was lovey, the attitude of some of the employees were extremely rude, unhelpful and our room was freezing. We brought this to the attention of the staff who did nothing to help, disbelieved us and did not provide any additional heating. I appreciate that there are health and safety rules but this was unbearable. One of the party is severely asthmatic and the other was suffering from a chest infection. So this certainly did not help. We tried the emergency number no answer and no one rang back. It was so cold that I had to sleep fully clothed. We know it was one of the coldest nights, but certainly was not acceptable. This really spoilt the celebration of a 60th birthday.”
