“Unfortunately the wowcher voucher which states is valued at £31.98 I was only able to use on the £9.99 tickets. First time I've used the website and personally found it not straight forward and difficult to navigate to see all the options of screens and timings unless actually booking the session then aborting if I wanted to check another screen. Also the adverts and trailers prior to the film went on for 50 minutes after entering the cinema at alocated screen time. Also not very warm in the cinema”
