“Fabulous experience - easy booking, great choice and we got exactly the seats we wanted. It was a refreshing change to purchase a good value for money lower price pocorn and drink combo. Parking is free and abundent. Really comfy seats and good film experience. Clean loos and smiley staff. We have recently moved and will definitely be back, it's a better experience than a Showcase cinema and we don't feel ripped off!! Thank you Cineworld Wolverhampton!”

“This voucher states that you can book "ANY" 2D viewing but this is not the case. If you book any of the 2D films other than the basic screens you have to pay an extra charge. The voucher and fine print does not give this information so it is very misleading. If it is only for the basic 2D viewings the voucher should state this and not say ANY 2D VIEWING. Customer service in regard to my query about this was very poor. I was refunded eventually but trying to get any sort of understanding reply was difficult as the agents just kept sending me instructionson how to book, even after explaining the situation 4 times.”
