“The screening was cancelled. Cineworld wouldn't release the voucher code for use at another time. Neither can you get any response from their customer services, just suggestions to get a Cineworld account. Wowcher provide a WhatsApp channel to complain through, but nothing happens there either. As I've paid with a credit card, that's my only option to get my money back. TLDR, avoid Cineworld and find alternatives to Wowcher. Thankfully, there are two other cinema chains nearby, which we will now use even more often.”

“Bought 2 tickets when I saw the deal. Came in handy when teenage niece came to visit over summer break. So was able to treat her to a trip to Cneworld. I was pleased to have saved so much on the ticket. Cost me £9.99 instead if £30 plus. Highly recommend especially as use by date was approx 3 months so plenty of time to wait until your film of choice is released. We tend to visit Cineworld near Canary Wharf which is an excellent clean venue in great surroundings.”
