“I feel ripped off, the tickets are only £4.99 if bought online from the cinema on the day prior to your selected viewing. I didn’t use the tickets as I hadn’t realised the date had automatically entered as the date I bought the tickets and not the date I intended going.”

“We attended film in the Crawley Cineworld and it was very cold in the auditorium, couldn't enjoy the film therefore only 3 stars given.”
