“The wowcher code given to us which was £9 for 2 tickets, did not end up giving is that offer, when trued booking the tickets and entering the offer code it still asked to pay £10 and a booking fee, this was the case with all type of tickets that it imax,2d,3d as I tried all iption and with all it asked me £10. I ended up paying it as I had promised my son cinema for his birthday the next morning and decided to get in touch with wowcher consort this and get a refund, as inwas booking in the evening and wowcher does not have a phone help line i got intpuch with the what's app ai chat.. wowcher and jenny from wowcher got back to me and kept asking me thr same questions and trying to get rid of me. They asked for screenshot and proof that to ensure I wasn't lying and I unfortunately dint have any screenshot as I dint think they won't trust my problem! I had spoken to the cineworld manager about this when my son went to the cinema and he said I need to contact wowcher and they can definitely sort it. But no joy !! Wowcher just gave me one reason after another to say they can't do anything. I did send a screenshot of the bieng charged extra but that wasn't good enough. Never buying anything from wowcher again and never recommending it to anyone in my life.”
