“I ordered around 3 weeks ago. My package is still marked as "in transit" on yodel with "16 days" next to in transit. When I try and get help, yodel says email doesn't match tracking number,presumably because it's a wowcher and email will be wowchers email address, not mine. Wowcher asks me to contact vendor. Vendor doesn't respond. Been waiting over a fortnight and my delivery date was "on or no later than 3rd October". Will probably stick to Groupon in the future. I've been told stories but you never think you're the one going to get ripped off. I'd upload a photo but of what?”

“No communication with Tag Deal UK. Very difficult to contact Wowcher to raise awareness. I waited over 4 weeks for the item to arrive with no return labels. As they were a gift, they are no longer needed. No offer of a refund.... I'm absolutely disappointed”

“I have two orders that were supposed to be delivered by 30th Sept its now 9th October. Still haven't received them and no body is answering my emails. Wouldn't use wowcher or Tag deals again”
