“Received in a state that sounds like a jigsaw. Alice from Customer service asked for a photo or video that as a grandmother knocking seventy I could not oblige. Now been totally ignored. I will buy from another seller and donate to Charity.”

“Unfortunately no picture. But luckily I had a Quick Look in the box before I gifted it to a friend. The packaging means that a lot of the daily gifts have fallen to the bottom of the advent calendar slots so had to sort them out again and glue some tissue paper over to keep them in place. One of the advent calendars was in back to front. And there was only one that had the bracelets in. Some of the bits like the earring loops for the ears are separate from the gift in a separate bag which I wouldn’t have found had I just opened the advent calendar.”
