“I was supposed to receive 2 Taylor Swift calendars on or before 29th November, that changed to between 2nd and 5th December - I still haven't received them (7th) December. I have emailed Wowcher but no reply, I have 2 very disappointed grandaughters.”

“This was supposed to arrive by 27th November but has yet to come (07/12/24). Seller reassured me that there was no need for a refund as the calendar had left China on 06/12/24 despite it being no longer fit for its intended purpose (it’s an advent calendar). Useless seller. Difficult and unreasonable. The product may be fine but it never arrived.”

“It’s now 7th December and advent calendar has not arrived yet. It said it would be no later than 28th November when I ordered and I’ve been in touch with Wowcher who weren’t helpful at all. Terrible service!”

“DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!! *** SCAM COMPANY *** I wish I had read Trust Pilot before buying. I STILL have not received this item, it is now 6th December and every review has said the same or that it has eventually arrived battered and not containing hardly any of the trinkets”
