“Mostly great, some problems with redeeming voucher which then said my entry was invalid. Itvwas cleared up quickly, however, an unnecessary stress”

“Worst experience ever! Wowcher have the worst systems and customer service is terrible! I purchased the item, went to redeem it - but because I did not agree with the T&Cs - i decided not to go ahead and redeem the voucher and I requested a refund - Wowcher are now telling me that I have redeemed the voucher - even though it would not let me proceed without accepting the T&Cs (which i didnt accept) - so, how I could have possibly redeemed the voucher is beyond me?!?!? Wowcher are the worst!”
