“Arrived bare root and dormant, not at all like the photos or the description. Also, ordered orange and label states white. I have contacted the merchant who will not refund until they bloom and show white (states it may just be wrong label - that in itself is unsatisfactory!). 10 days on still no signs of buds appearing.”

“I ordered 2 pairs of patio rose trees, one in white and one in red. The white ones have arrived and will hopefully start flowering soon. However the red ones have not arrived. I have contacted Wowcher with no response and am very disappointed at the treatment. I would have expected an email at the very least. They are showing as delivered but I am still waiting to hear back.”
