“The food was nice however the offer was to sit in the piano lounge, we were asked to move to the main dining area as there were a lot of bookings, we had booked for a certain time and were asked to change again due to the volume of booking, i agreed to The move and time change in exchange for a window table, which was confirmed when we arrived and were shown to our table it wasn’t a window seat so had to ask to be moved, not a great first impression. Otherwise the food was nice and the person that served us was great.”

“Would highly recommend. Extremely friendly and courteous staff who will do anything to improve the experience. They adapted the menu due to dietary intolerance. Food of fantastic quality. Cocktails were also delicious. The views from the tower are the icing on the cake.”
