“Staff were attentive and place had nice ambience , the view is amazing. The food was hot and miss, I had the starter of fish cakes and they were Luke warm on the outside and there was a frozen section inside, they were replaced when I mentioned this to member of the staff and came back hot and were tasty. Partner had the mussels starter and were lovely. Main was chicken balloutine which was very rubbery and and tasteless. Partner had sea bass which was tasty. Cocktails were really good and presented well. Not sure would rush back for the food even though the view was amazing.”

“The food was really good, but the overall experience was a huge disappointment, especially for the price you end up paying after the additional charges. We tried to book in the right time slot, but they were overbooked, so we had to move to Sunday, which meant no piano player. Despite that, we were still crammed into the piano lounge when there were nicer spots available. They were also clearly short-staffed, which made the whole place feel chaotic. Every steak, including the rump, had an extra charge that we didn’t expect. They forgot to take our drink orders, and when we finally got them, they were wrong. The menu is already pretty small, but when we tried to order mussels, they weren’t available because too many people had sent them back. Then, when we ordered the asparagus wrap, they were out of the wrap part, so we just got asparagus. To top it off, the starters they brought were wrong. The steak was cooked perfectly, but the rest of the experience was a real letdown.”

“I have purchased & redeemed 2 Wowcher deals for 3SIXTY Lounge. The Wowcher deal itself is exceptional value, combined with the 3SIXTY Lounge being the ultimate Dining Experience offering unique 360 views of the Toon. The Staff looked after us from the moment we walked out of the Lift on 26th Floor. They were welcoming, attentive and courteous, and ensured our meal and drinks were served promptly. The Menu has delicious choices; however on both visits, I chose the Cauliflower Croquettes to start and Sea Bass with Prawns for main. I have to say the quality, taste and presentation is exceptional. We have dined at Gino’s and Marco Pierre White, but found the 3SIXTY to exceed them both. As we had 2 Cocktails each with our deal, we chose different one’s on each visit. and ALL were excellent quality, delicious and presented beautifully. As the Wowcher deal is still Live and runs until March 2025, I am already planning on a return visit and will also purchase more as Gifts for Birthday’s & Christmas for Family.”
