“They are VERY lumpy, as though they have been wet & left to dry in the plastic packaging. No amount of shaking loosens the clumps of filling, even a short time in the tumble dryer on a low heat doesn't help. Tried sleeping on them for a few nights to see if that improved them, but no success. Can't see any Hotel that uses them getting any return guests!!! No surprise they were so cheap, as the saying goes "You get what you pay for"!”

“These pillows look and feel cheap, the foam inside is lumpy and very uncomfortable to sleep on I have stayed in many hotels and never slept on pillows as bad as these”
