“Delivery was ridiculously quick, they arrived within a few days. Unfortunately I can speak as to the quality of them yet as I've only had them planted for 3 days but would be happy to review them more fully in a month or 2 once they've had chance to start growing”

“May have been fine had they arrived in good time but were white and looked dead by the time delivery was complete. Have planted but not hopeful. Wouldn't buy plants this way again as no one seems to be accountable for the failure.”

“All plants arrived in good condition but was disappointed with the selection. Three apples, apricot an peach and pear. The apricot and peach won't bear fruit as the climate isn't right. But it was No cherry that was very disappointing as it was the only one I really wanted. All in all just a little too random.”

“The trees came in a box bound together in a plastic bag, not in individual pots as per advertisement. They show signs of life except for one which is a dry twig, no life in it whatsoever (see attachment below). Overall, very much underwhelmed by the collection.”

“These trees arrived very promptly despite choosing the cheaper postal option which suggested a delivery delay of about two weeks. The item was described is being in 9cm pots. This was not the case. The trees were bare-rooted and I would not have ordered bare-rooted trees this late in the dormant season. The trees had very long tap roots which had clearly been cut off to fit the packaging and very little other micro roots which is worrying. Three of the trees were already in leaf which proves that they should not have been sold and transported bare-rooted. Within 30 minutes of delivery they were potted up into large deep pots and left in a polytunnel to recover. At the moment I don't know whether they will survive but will not be surprised if some or all do not make it. With hindsight I would not have placed this order.”
