“I purchased the 5 Odeon Lux Cinema deal., and got a very good deal indeed without realising it. Unwittingly I tried to book a none Lux cinema and assumed my redeemption voucher codes were not working. I was well impressed that the deal was actually for Lux venues with wide comfortable seats and proper cup holders which I upgraded for £2:00 each for recliner seating. The tickets covered Easter B/H but I wasn't able to go during that period. My only points of discontent are determining what I had purchased when redeeming the voucher (so you need to have your wowcher at hand for clarity). Booking the tickets is otherwise simple. Also, it's a pity the option did not remain as even numbers.”

“It was so complicated to retrieve this purchase that I resorted to travelling to the nearest Odeon to seek help. 2 members of staff tried to help me and agreed that the process was extremely complex. I ended up paying £3 in addition to the purchase price as the checkout kept faulting causing extra payments to be taken from my bank account.”
