“I have tried to submit a damning review of both Wowcher and the merchant. Guess what- it wouldn’t send. Will never use Wowcher again. Thank you for enabling me to lose nearly £300. To clarify, after redeeming my Wowcher for the grey divan set, I am still awaiting confirmation from the merchant of the delivery date, despite contacting them. I believe I have been conned out of my precious money. I am an OAP and cannot afford to lose almost £300. I have now been made aware of the terrible reviews of both this merchant and the product- I cannot believe that I was naive enough to think that Wowcher would have disreputable merchants on their website. Are you going to do anything to get my money back? I won’t hold my breath”

“Poor material and mattress delivery week late then the bottom base was the wrong size had to wait nearly 2 weeks for it all al to be delivered bad service never had any problems with Wowcher it was the bed company not good”

“Comes with black wheels instead of chrome legs like picture. Looks brown instead of grey. Couldn't get the headboard on as the pre drilled holes that's meant to be there, there's only 1 pre drilled hole. States the matress comes as normal not in a box rolled. It did come in a box rolled. Clearly a scam company as I've read every review pretty much saying the same and wowcher still sell this rubbish on behalf of people. £220 down the drain. Lesson learned. The matress is meant to be really chunky and its really think. Looks nothing like the photo described.”

“Still waiting after 3 weeks for the bed to turn up, been let down twice with delivery dates and now got to wait an extra 2 days to properly be let down again. The company is a joke as was meant to be delivered between 6.30am and 10.30am the first time and was notified at 9.30am that they wasn't delivering. Today was suppose to be delivered 8.30am to 11.30am waited in and recieved an email at 1.05pm stating that the driver had phoned in sick this morning. After reading several reviews about there beds I'm not even sure I want the beds now .....”

“First delivery was canceled at last moment due to a fault with the bed but arrived 3 days later, after reading the reviews I was a bit worried as the reviews weere not very good, however when the bed arrived everything was in perfect condition and the delivery went really smooth and arrived on time.”
