“This bed is not as advertised. I was delivered the wrong size mattress got that replaced and the replacement still doesn’t fit the bed frame. The mattress has no feel of premium it’s cheap spring mattress. Highly disappointed with my purchase”

“Looked gd hence why I brought it for an elderly lady, got it delivered today and just the right height for her, lovely colour but the mattress is scagged and u can feel the springs wen laying on it, tbh don't look like the one that was in the picture wen ordered, base is flimsy but its gonna ave to do as the lady desperately needed a bed.”

“I would love to leave a review but the bed still has not been delivered. Delivery date has moved onto the 21/1 now which is the third date I’ve been given. The 1 star is for the non delivery when promised”

“This bed has not been delivered. We have been given a new delivery date of 23/12/25 . Not at all happy with with this service. Sleep factory tried to call me today 21/12/25 but I missed the call so now I don't know what the situation is”
