“I think this is a fabulous offer! I bought 2 vouchers so that 4 of my bandmates could enjoy the Toby experience. It ended up at 5 so that skewed my calculations! Nothing could detract from the evening though. We all had carvery and each of us expressed how delicious it was. I had issues with trying to redeem my vouchers. I don't know why as it had never happened before. To my rescue came Taylor, our server. She admitted to only having been there 3 weeks but quickly found a supervisor to talk me through the process. All went smoothly after that. Will definitely return again. Special thanks to Taylor. She was a star.”

“We used our voucher last week and were very much looking forward to our meal. However, it was very disappointing, there was quite a long wait, which was okay because we had not booked. I'm vegetarian, and the only option left was the Melt in the Middle Roast (V) which came very dry and practically inedible. There was no gravy whatsoever, and we literally poured the 3 into 1 in order to get a little to put over our food. A couple started having a blazing row on the next table to us, and the staff ignored it, this made for a very awkward time for other diners. All staff were aware of the foul language and aggressive behaviour and did nothing. Having worked in hospitality for many years, this behaviour would have been dealt with quickly. I would not recommend.”
