“absolute waste of time. i purchased 2 of the 241 tickets so 4 people could go. i had recieved an comformation email saying to validate my vouchers which i did, then added them to the Drayton manor app. i then turned up at the park waited 15 mins to get to the entrance only to be told i had 2 tickets and that i had to go see customer services, they asked my to show them the tickets and they said theres only 2 here you should have another voucher code sent to me via email from wowcher. i checked my email and had only received to the contanting the tickets i had already put on the app. there where multo people with the same issue. after over an hour of trying to foind these second voucher codes and checking my emails and going back and forth with multiply members of staff as they where dealing with other people with the same issue, a senior manger came and saw me and another family as we both had the same issues of purchasng 2 241 tickets but only receiving 1 241 ticket. once we had show the the senior manger proof of purchase and the we hadnt received the second code he told us we were allowed in but mentioned that they couldnt claim back the money from wowcher, and that it had being an ongoing issue and was taking it to his boss to get the contract pulled as in his words ' its a complete waste of time' so after wasting over and hour trying to sort an issue out we went in to the park . simple facct is saving abit of money wasnt worth it. I wouldnt reccomend using this wowcher again and dont wast your time using for drayton manor as u will waste half the morning trying to get. to see if wowcher actually read these i would like a respone into why”

“Had a bad start to the day due to the passes not scanning from Wowcher at Drayton manor. It was like we haven’t even paid! Which was very bad. But after they resolved it for us we had a good day. The Wave and rapids stopped for a few hours due to tracks but overall great day”
