“I ordered my watch on 16th October to be delivered on the 18th October. I paid £99 and still haven’t received it. Now I have been told it’s out of stock but I see it’s still being advertised. It is a nightmare trying to contact this supplier”

“Wrong watch was sent to me and arrived late, customer service are awful to deal with and just close the chat when they haven’t got the brain cells to process what was just said, do yourself a favour and dont expect good customer service from these baboons”

“Paid £12.99 for fast delivery on top of the price for the watch , messages them on and off 10 times keep say with Royal Mail , which is a lie I rang them and they havnt picked it up and renew electronic are say can’t refund as need to investigate this is the short version , I’ve look at the reviews since and they also read very badly , I have not watch no refund and I’m very disappointed in u Wowcher”
