“Did not receive item, merchant not responding to my emails. Tried to contact Wowcher customer service for support with no response or reply to my messages. Very disappointed and stressed as it’s so close to Christmas and was going to gift this to my child such a big disappointment and surprised that Wowcher would be working in partnership with companies that Scam customers. I’m now out of pocket as I’ve had to buy another iPad elsewhere.”

“Still have NOT received Ipad. First delivery date was on or before 4th Dec, second delivery date was 8 - 10th Dec but I still do not have it. I have sent 2 emails and no response from any. Just hoping it turns up as it's a Christmas present for my grandson and I can't afford to buy another!!!”
