“Do not buy this product, I bought 3 for my kids for xmas. It took nearly 3 weeks messaging back and forth to finally receive 2 of them. I've still not received the 3rd one yet, and I ordered that one over 6 weeks ago.”

“I have not recieved order no 48549822 Apple Ipad Air 16 GB - Space Grey placed on 20/11/2024.The item should have been delivered on or before 10/12/,2024.I have had no notification of forthcoming delivery from Refurbify at any time I have forwarded numerous emails and queries to this company requesting the ipads whereabouts with no response.I have also submitted voucher code and confirmation emails I recieved on 20/12/2024 and still no response.If I had the Trustpilot Refurbify reviews I would definitely not have ordered.There are many customers who have ordered the same item through Wowcher and not recieved their order.This order cost me £69 + £8.99 and it was a Christmas present.This company has no intention of fulfilling the order.Very disappointed and out of pocket also wary of further ordering with Wowcher.
