If you do not like the gift/item, the gift/item cannot be exchanged for an alternative gift/item. This does not affect your cancellation rights. You’ll receive one item for each £9.99 paid. If you buy multiples, you’ll get an item for each May buy multiples. Because you can buy multiples, you might receive the same product more than once.

“Recieved a very poor quality , tiny upright fan, it is powered by usb so that gives you some idea of the efficiency as a fan. It is rubbish and definitely not worth the 13.99 ( including p&p) that we paid. First time we have been disappointed in a Wowcher offer .”

“It wasn’t what I expected, and unfortunately it was too late on the order process when it explained you didn’t have to have the first one that was being presented to you. Luckily I was able to give it away, rather than giving it to charity.”
