“Collected this at lunchtime today (Saturday) and it doesn’t work. Won’t turn on and shows no sign of life so it’s been on charge for 12 hours while I’ve been out. Opened it and…….nothing!!! I did try to phone them about 2o-clock but not open til Monday. I’ve just read some reviews of the company and it’s products and it’s fair to say had I been buying direct and not through Wowcher I probably would not have gone ahead. See what happens on Monday but looking like a refund.”

“Works perfectly well so far. The cromebook is scuffed up and a bit of the sides have come up from the edges of the keyboard, which i guess is expected from just a good condition item. Screen is clear and looks like new no marks or cracks on their. My son loved it and have ordered another one too.”

“the visible wear and tear was more than I expected it to be. The bottom of the laptop casing is coming off which is disappointing. Putting that aside the product does work well and is perfect for home use. Speed is good and it will automatically update via Google until 2029 so I will get good use out of it.”
