“I still have not received my order! I've had no communication with regards to my order or where it is or when I should expect delivery of it apart from the initial confirmation of Wednesday 27th November. ... This is very poor customer service! Both you and Wowcher have sent me an email waiting reviews on the product and service, yet I've still not received anything! Or had any updates on its status of the order.”
