“I ordered some went to Tesco to scan for my tickets and it had ran out trying to get my money back and the email keeps getting rejected not happy”

“Easy to redeem and although I found the website quite hard to understand. Eventually, I found it and all my numbers. Didn't win much but your winnings are only paid to you on a quarterly basis so have to wait a while for any winnings.”

“This seems to be a scam - please find my photogrpahic evidence attached. I hiold you resposible for selling this on your platform - no one from You Play We Play has addressed these concerns I've raised! "Please can you advise why my screen shot of the tickets and raffle numbers taken BEFORE the draw has taken place are NOT the same as the ones you show with the results? I have side by side screenshots I can show you to prove this. Here’s my photographic evidence (see attachments): For instance winning line (2 balls) row #16 after draw show: 18 / 19 / 37 / 39 / 50 but is shown on my BEFORE DRAW screen shot as numbers 04 / 10 / 19 / 34 / 36 Also the raffle numbers are all the wrong order? I have OCD and I find this really strange. Also you will see on my screenshot that row #24 shows numbers as 12 / 18 / 20 / 32 / 06 (which are not in numerical order) and would be a winner that day with 2 balls (12 & 18) but this was omitted from the results. Please can you be sure to give me satisfactory response to this inquiry so that I don't need to take this further with the Gambling Commission. Thanks and regards," (and then again on 7/16) "Again the same issue as I highlighted before - nothing stating the WIN for the line: 02 / 27 / 29 / 34 / 35 (4th line from bottom on screen shot taking this morning BEFORE the draw) I can't believe no one has made you aware of these discrepanicies before??"”
