“I am very disappointed in this gillet. I ordered XL size. I am 12/14 and the XL wont even go round me or do up. I does not heat up either. I usually get size 10 or 12 but ordered XL so i could wear a jumper under it. It is just so small for an XL... wearing it now, open as it wont go round me, defeating object of purchase, to keep wind and elements out with high neck.”

“The filet itself is good but the hassle I had to get it was unbelievable and has made me decide to never purchase from yourselves again! Evri was the courier just before Christmas didn't turn up on time and was sat somewhere in their depot. Eventually received and had to send back as sizing was incorrect. Ordered again in the New Year and guess what? .........Yh you guess right package lost again by Evri but eventually delivered to wrong address by their useless courier and had to do detective work myself to obtain my package......Not good enough! Why oh why do you use this poor courier firm, they are,letting you and your customers down!”
