“This was supposed to be a Christmas gift. The item said to order by a certain date to receive by Christmas which I did. I paid more for delivery so it would be here by Christmas and it arrived on the 27th December... It didn't have the size on the advert so I probably shouldn't be disappointed by the small size, but I don't imagine it will last long. It smells nice though.”

“Still waiting for purchase to arrive Very poor service Dissatisfied customer False advertising as it clearly states BUM BUM cream and that is not what I got. Maybe a similar product however the picture on voucher is completely different. This is very misleading. I think trading standards would have an issue with this. Wowcher should not be allowing this client to continue to advertise with them as it is giving them a bad name and letting people know that what you order is not what you get Regards Marie”

“The pictures are of the real sol de janeiro bum bum cream. What arrives is a Chinese ripoff. No where do the words or pictures suggest you don’t get the items in the picture. Took almost 17 days to arrive! Shocking misleading ripoff”

“I had trouble first of all from wowcher wanting to charge me three separate deliveries when they three items I ordered were same items and should of been delivered all in one delivery, that got sorted out by wowcher eventually, Then only two of my items were delivered where the other item is I don't know yet I paid for three items plus delivery bur have only received two items, if I complain to wowcher they will just blame someone else and fed up with chasing wowcher for any sort of replies,”
