“There was barely enough electrical cord to reach the socket so I had to get an extension lead. Did not straighten my hair easily took several passes. Very disappointed”

“Difficult to use and the electric cord is too short to use it plugged in. However, although it does a reasonable job I wouldn’t buy it again.”

“Great item however the cord is not long enough to actually use it! It’s about 1 metre long which is ridiculously short and makes it unfit for purpose. Don’t waste your money on this, get one you can use with a longer cord.”

“Absolutely shockingly rubbish. It doesn't straighten and it doesn't get as hot as it says. Also the wire is so short even sitting next to a plug socket doesn't help as you can't move it without the plug coming out. I've binned it.”

“This product was not what I expected it to be, it did not go through my hair from my scalp due to the shape of the comb it doesn’t straighten my hair even on the highest setting, my hair is not thick. I was disappointed so requested a refund & I’ll continue to look for a hair straightener that does what it says it does.”
