“Absolutely terrible, doesn't seem to heat up properly however long you leave it, has no effect on my hair at all, as it only seems slightly warm, seems faulty.”

“First this arrived in a damaged box. It didn’t work at all and then I was offered an initial £4 return, they’ve now said they’ll refund the full price but I’m still waiting for that to come back.”

“Terrible..... Shortest lead between straightner and plug makes it impossible to use, takes ages to heat up and unless it's on max heat it doesn't straighten.”
