“The tea was great (5 star) but the booking of it was a disaster(o star). The 'Redeem-me' website did not work, 3 attempts to book with HR online were initially confirmed but then they issued emails of cancellation without giving a reason. It took a formal complaint to Wowcher to get something done and eventually the booking was confirmed just 1 day before the required date having started the week before!”
