“Claudine at your Eastbourne restaurant is amazing- please pass on our sincere thanks to her and if possible a bonus too! I had two vouchers to use for four people- your booking system would only permit me to book one slot at 1:30pm and the other slot at 2:30 pm / a quick phone call to Claudine at the branch confirmed that we could all eat together- I had my six week old grandson with us to as well as a friend who is on crutches- Claudine reserved us a table next to the Christmas tree with ample room for us to manoeuvre around and room for the pushchair too. The high tea was absolutely amazing and so different !! Highly recommend and it was excellent value . Thank you Claudia and the staff at Eastbourne branch . We look forward to seeing you all again very soon .”
